Mary Nell Murphy
Indiana Master Naturalist, CCWC Volunteer

​Mary Nell Murphy is enjoying retirement in Michigan City after 30+ years in Chicago. She and her husband, Eric Salstrand, take advantage of the Dunes National Park and State Park for birding and nature walks. Mary Nell completed the Indiana Master Naturalist program in 2018 at Coffee Creek Watershed Preserve, and is grateful to all the fine folks who presented and organized this delightful course. She looks forward to seeing you on the trails!

Mary Nell is a dedicated volunteer of Coffee Creek Watershed Conservancy and has been interpreting nature for the guests of her "Nature Walks" for 4 years now!
